Four Weekly Service
If you are on a 4 weekly collection services. Provided you contact us via our web site no later than 3pm on the Friday before your pick up is due, there will be no charge. If you fail to contact us on time, the full collection fee will still apply. Please do not be offended as we cannot compromise on this term. You cannot postpone two collections in a row or after an extra pick up. You may postpone up to 2 collections per year

Eight Weekly Service
On average it works out that 8 weekly customers have as little as 6 collections a year. It is for this reason there is no postponement allowed on this cycle.
